    That's great if you want to watch live, but with the time difference then that can be a pain.

    I download from sites like The Box and UK Nova - a huge amount of British TV is available just a few short hours after it aired in the UK.

    I totally agree that it would be even better if it had a five hour delay but I never watch it live. I just use the catch up services the channels have, that way you can pick and choose what programme you want to watch.
